My Story.
I grew up in ministry, so the local church has been part of my life for as long as I can remember.
Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of serving in just about every kind of role—from behind-the-scenes ministry to preaching, pastoring, church planting, leadership development, and helping other pastors and churches grow healthier.
I’ve seen the beauty of ministry up close. I’ve also seen how easy it can be to become so focused on building, leading, serving, and producing that we lose sight of what matters most: knowing Jesus and becoming more like Him.
A lot of what I share today comes out of that tension.
I care deeply about helping people build a genuine relationship with God that reaches into every area of life—not just Sunday mornings. I want faith to shape how we lead, how we love our families, how we make decisions, how we handle pressure, and how we live when nobody is watching.
My wife, Jessica, and I are raising our four children in Orange County, California, where we are planting ALTR Church.
I also founded Revival Leadership Collective to help pastors and churches become healthier, stronger, and better equipped for the work God has called them to do.
Through preaching, writing, videos, devotionals, and the local church, my hope is simple: to help people follow Jesus with their whole life.
