Michael Hernandez is a pastor, content creator, and leadership developer whose passion is simple: to raise leaders who burn for revival.

For more than a decade, Michael and his wife Jessica have faithfully served the local church. Together, they have pastored two churches, helping both grow in health, attendance, and influence. Before that, Michael also led a thriving young adult ministry, seeing hundreds of lives impacted and leaders developed. Today, they serve as pastors of pastors, equipping and guiding leaders who are building churches and ministries of their own.

Through Michael Hernandez Media, Michael creates books, devotionals, and resources designed to inspire believers and equip leaders. He is also the host of The Bold Podcast, where he shares practical wisdom, biblical insight, and conversations on leadership, revival, and living with conviction in today’s culture.

Michael is also the founder of the Revival Leadership Collective, a growing community dedicated to developing leaders who build, multiply, and sustain revival. This movement exists to equip pastors, raise up church planters, and train leaders who will carry revival into future generations.

Michael and Jessica have been married for over 12 years and are raising four children — Liam, Rylan, Lukas, and Emarie. Their family life and ministry are built on a commitment to faith, love, and the conviction that nothing matters more than living to please the Lord.
